OFFICE POLICY:
- We assist with filing insurance claims for payment of dental services
- We accept Cash, Personal Checks, and all Major Credit Cards
- We offer No Interest Payment Plans
- We will process and file insurance for your convenience
- 48 hours notice is required when changing or cancelling an appointment. A fee is assessed for appointments that are missed, cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours notice.
- We meet or exceed OSHA's recommended safety standards.
- We conform to the standards set by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
